The camp will open and run once Morocco opens its international borders and flights resume.
We like to bring you up to date with the new health and hygiene measures we are executing as part of our Stay safe with us and on the add-on flexibility and extras we are offering with all new reservations so you can book with confidence.
Travel and Stay Safe
Wellbeing of our guests is our team priority and we are implementing extra health projects after the lockdown is lifted.
Advanced hygiene across the camp including environmentally approved disinfectants to use against Covid 19 and other bacteria. Housekeeping procedures will step up with high temperatures / hot iron washing of any linen/ blankets/ towels.
Social distancing is easily catered for in our camp. We’ll be encouraging dining experience outside by candlelight instead of the dining tent as long as weather permits.
We are offering private experiences in our camp from private transfers , private camel trekking , picnic lunches and other activities.
For those that want to take the social distancing to another level, we highly recommend stay in our private, exclusive camps options where you are guaranteed to be the only guests. You have the entire camp, your own private desert, to yourself. These possibilities are in dome tent (1 tent camp only ), private camp ( 4 tents) and of course the VIP Royal tent.
Postpone your stay
We have been flexible as possible with our terms and cancellation policies to accommodate the current situation. All the guests that had trips/ stays booked with us , where allowed to postpone their travel for any future date (no date limit) . Postponing the trip makes a big difference to us , to Morocco as destination and everyone in the tourism industry.
